Fewer suppliers, fewer surprises.
Most event problems happen in the gaps between suppliers: the stage that arrives before the power, the screen nobody can hear, the lighting rig that trips the venue supply. When one team plans and delivers all five disciplines, those gaps close. You get one site visit, one technical plan, one quote, one crew and one person to call.
Sound
Sound designed around the event, not the box list: from Danley and d&b systems for festivals and headline shows to discreet speech systems for conferences and dinners, all mixed and monitored by our engineers.
Learn more →Lighting
LED and conventional fixtures, moving lights, festoon and uplighting, designed in advance and pre-visualised so you can see the look before the night. Efficient rigs that respect venue power limits.
Learn more →Staging
The right platform for the space, built quickly and safely: indoor decks and risers, our Konligo Fastival roof for smaller outdoor events, and Stagemobil trailer stages for festivals and main stages.
Learn more →Video
A 3.9mm LED wall bright enough for daylight, built on the ground, a stage deck or truss, with playback, cameras and streaming handled by the same team that does your sound and lighting.
Learn more →Power
Power planned alongside the production, so the generator, distro and cable runs are sized for the whole site, including caterers and bars, and arrive with the rest of the kit.
Learn more →Complete packages for every kind of event.

Read moreFrom brief to breakdown.
A clear process that scales from a single-room conference to a three-day festival. You will always know what is happening next and who is doing it.
We only quote for what the event needs, and we only describe services we actually provide. If something is better supplied by a specialist, we will tell you, and we regularly work alongside our sister company Big Stage Hire for large outdoor stages.
Discuss your event- 1
Brief
Tell us about the event, the venue and the audience. If the details are still moving, we can work from a rough outline.
- 2
Site visit and technical planning
We visit the site where we can, then produce a plan covering stage, sound, lighting, video and power, with a clear quote.
- 3
Preparation
Every item is tested and prepped in our Thornbury warehouse before it leaves. Nothing arrives straight off another job.
- 4
Installation
Our crew builds to the plan, on schedule, including overnight or short-window builds where the venue needs it.
- 5
Event support
Engineers stay on site to run the show: mixing, lighting operation, playback and whatever the day throws up.
- 6
Breakdown
A tidy, quick de-rig so the venue is handed back on time.
What complete production looks like.
Groove Armada, the Hawkstone Farmers Choir & Jeremy Clarkson
Sound, lighting, video and staging for Hawkstone's Wildthing launch at The Farmer's Dog, featuring Groove Armada's Andy Cato, the Hawkstone Farmers Choir and host Jeremy Clarkson.
Konligo Fastival stage roof: a small stage without the compromise
Our Konligo Fastival roof builds in 20 minutes, takes 200kg of lighting and looks the part. Its first outing was a full production package on a summer evening in the Cotswolds.
Timecoded lighting for Downend Fireworks
A fully programmed lighting show, synchronised to the music and fireworks by timecode, for Bristol's biggest annual firework display.
Full production for Gloucester Tall Ships Festival
Three days of folk, shanty bands and DJs on a 10m x 6m outdoor stage at Gloucester Docks, with the PA flown and angled to keep sound off homes just 60m away.
Event production for Hawkstone at The Farmer's Dog
An overnight build, a Danley PA, a 7m x 3m LED wall and radio mics for a whole choir: a private launch for Hawkstone's new TV adverts, delivered without disrupting a working pub.
Eats Everything: a DJ set from a hot air balloon
Batteries, inverters, amplifiers, CDJs and Danley speakers packed into a balloon basket so a DJ set could be heard on the streets of Bath from 500ft up.
Before you get in touch
- How much notice do you need?
- As much as you can give us for a full production package, because the best dates go early. That said, our rapid-deployment stock means we regularly quote and deliver events with one to two weeks’ notice.
- Do you visit the site first?
- Yes, wherever we can. Site visits across Bristol, the Cotswolds and the surrounding area are free, and they are the fastest way to get an accurate plan and quote.
- Which areas do you cover?
- We are based in Thornbury, just north of Bristol, and most of our work is across Bristol, Bath, the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire and the wider South West. We also travel further for the right project, including London and Devon.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. We hold public liability, employers’ liability and professional indemnity insurance, and every item of equipment is tested in our warehouse before it leaves.
- Do you work with venues, agencies and other production companies?
- All the time. We supply venues on regular contracts, work alongside agencies and event organisers, and dry-hire equipment to other production companies when they need extra stock.
