Complete production packages

One team for the whole event.

We plan and deliver complete production packages for corporate events, brand launches, company celebrations, festivals and private events across Bristol, the Cotswolds and the South West.

It starts with your brief and, wherever possible, a site visit. We turn that into a technical plan covering the stage, sound, lighting, video and power the event actually needs, then install it, support it while the event runs and break it down afterwards. Booking everything together makes the most of crew and transport, and it means the people who planned the event are the people on site.

  1. 1

    Brief

Tell us about the event, the venue and the audience. If the details are still moving, we can work from a rough outline.

  2. 2

    Site visit and technical planning

We visit the site where we can, then produce a plan covering stage, sound, lighting, video and power, with a clear quote.

  3. 3

    Preparation

Every item is tested and prepped in our Thornbury warehouse before it leaves. Nothing arrives straight off another job.

  4. 4

    Installation

Our crew builds to the plan, on schedule, including overnight or short-window builds where the venue needs it.

  5. 5

    Event support

Engineers stay on site to run the show: mixing, lighting operation, playback and whatever the day throws up.

  6. 6

    Breakdown

A tidy, quick de-rig so the venue is handed back on time.
