Hawkstone Banned TV advert launch

Hawkstone approached us to oversee the event production of their one off private TV advert launch of the new hawkstone adverts.

The day was filled with entertainment including multiple bands, The Wurzels and beatboxers. There was also a separate stretch tent for product tasting.

The day also included a live performance from The Farmers Choir which required a radio microphone on each singer.

The event had to be built overnight to minimise disruption to The Farmers Dog pub.

What we used and what we did?

For this event Big stage hire provided a 10m x 6m stage that we then populated with a Danley Sound Labs PA system as well as a more subtle lighting system. We also provided a video playback system to launch the adverts making use of the 7m by 3m LED video wall we had on top of the stage.

The whole day was a great success however the TV adverts where banned as they did not meet the standards of the broadcasting regulator.
